libcneartree-dev software package provides Library and headers for solving the Nearest Neighbor Problem, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcneartree-dev
libcneartree-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcneartree-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcneartree-dev *
You will get with libcneartree-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
